• 1-2 hours of expert advice in your home. We will discuss your current selling situation and tour every room.

• We will then provide you with honest feedback through the eyes of a potential buyer

• Written staging action plan to help you prepare your property for sale.

• The action plan will be extremely detailed so you can put as much or little into place as you like.

Prices start at £250 for properties up to 4 bedrooms.

We can offer our team to come in and stage your property for you at an additional cost.
